Nutrition: fact not fads

When trying to achieve your health and fitness goals, positive changes should come 50% from exercise and the other 50% from a healthy balanced diet.

For this reason I offer a free in-depth dietary analysis services as part of your personal training package.

Once your diet has been analysed you will then be advised on appropriate changes to meet your health and fitness goals.

Dietary Analyses

Clients will be give a seven day food diary, which will then be analysed by the CompEat computer programme, which indicates dietary deficiencies, and excesses in:

  • Daily calorie intakes
  • Daily protein consumption
  • Daily carbohydrate consumption
  • Daily fats consumption
  • Daily fibre consumption
  • Daily vitamin and mineral consumption
